Beautiful simulation! The photo feels so natural, and I would suggest increasing the video camera the shutter speed to make it more natural also adding some sprinkles

It seems less liquid than water. But the ambience is very nice.
Anotehr point i would expect that water would be trasnparent enough to show a bit of the water tank wall tone behind it.
