Memórias ( WIP )

Hello guys. After completion of Ruinas 2.0 I was stopped because of the college. Now i´m in vacation i will back to works
I will show you now to a new study, called “Memórias” (“Memories” translating to English), which try to consolidate some of lighting techniques with radiosity, texture and materials and foremost be a test environment.
My goal is to show that just changing some parameters of the scene and the effects the environment can convey different feelings.
The same objects, textures and Bake iluminations, only changes in Effects and Global Light collor.

I´m using the shaders filter: HDR, Vignetting, Filme Grain and Motion Blur. ( As always Thanks Martinsh  )

And new effects/Techniches: Improved Suns Flare, Multiple textures Bake Radiosity and outers minor important

I hope soon make a control for change this effects and properts in realtime… When I create that I release the .Blend

Enjoy!

WOW:eek: you should get a job as a professional game programer/designer/thing .

Amazing scene!!!

crap, i’m going to have to borrow my sister’s computer again to play this! wow, this is spectacular!

Awsome Victor!
Good job!

whats your secret? =)

maybe a sort of blender mojo… i think

looks like i’m in a dream state. great work

Another one…great

You really pinned down the dream mode

One thing which bothers me though is the normalmap of the floor. The scratches and cracks has the same depth as the fugues. Maybe this tutorial would help.

ParnoidAndroid

This REALLY looks great!

Problem is: The sunrays through the window suggest some sun shining in - but on the ground, there’s no sign of a sun with the shadow in the shape of a window.

But apart from that - really nice.

Wonderful scene!

Hard work. This isn’t rocket science, guys. Learn the features and use them properly. Don’t cut corners. Never settle for “good enough.” Only hard work can bring great results.

Nice work, vitor!

Very nice work!

everything looks awesome, except the floor… I can’t pinpoint it, it just looks odd. (just looked again, and you can tell the texture is tiled.)

EDIT: Got it! the tiles on the floor are too mottled. I can understand the scratches an gouges, but tiles in houses are usually smooth.

Really, Only with much study and dedication you can achieve good results.I am aware that I still have much to learn. I always try improve my work for maybe one day reach the level of great professionals. The road is still long, but that is my goal

Thank all for your comments! xD

Your work is really impressive. You should work on an adventure game using such scenes, it would be really awesome.

really nice again! vicmax: if he did that, It wouldn’t have a good FPS

Awwww, that is awesome!!! Nice work!!

Hello!
I have some news,
yesterday I watched a documentary about Venice (Italy), among other things about how it can sink. Well I see that the buildings are very similar to this scene that i´m creating and I thought “Why not put a larger environment around”; Then i will remake a little place of the city of Venice and use this as completion of the scene and test outers BGE features ( maybe a few of occlusions ) . Hopefully get a result like this photo below. hope you like the idea, I will put updates periodically as the “Castle” project
Bye! ^^
