Memoryblock Error line in Blender

Memoryblock free: attempt to free illegal pointer
Memoryblock free: pointer not in memlist

Recently i have gotten this error like HELL in blender. and also i get LOOTS of crashes. can work for 10 sec maybe and this happens. Someone know what it meens?

someone gotta know? Cause right now i cant do a shit in my game or really anything in blender

this could also be an indicator of bad hardware, or overclocking gone wrong. if youve upgraded your ram or built your pc, your timing could be in a less-than-ideal setup as well.
