Just a simple dynamesh sculpt of a cartoonish vampire(concept from me).
Everything was done in Blender rendered in Cycles.

Great!, I like the style of the character, I think the lighting set up is not helping much, may be with 1 sun lamp for making the rim effect in the back, 1 sun lamp for the fill and 1 point lamp near to the face will improve the presentation of your sculpture (and a little help of the ambient occlusion).
