Hey!
I was wonderinh if there is a way to make one texture merge into another. You know, a smooth transaction. Where one texture blends into another.
Thank You!:eyebrowlift:
This is right on to what you want to do. I’m still practicing, so i can’t give much help on it, but it is fairly simple.

Wow! thank you for the prompt reply! I will definitly check these things out!
Okay, thank you, this really explains a lot of stuff to me. But what I really wanted was one repeting textur merge into another repeating texture. So stenciling was not what I was looking or. I will try nodes next.
Use a Blend texture as the Stencil?

What I want to do it have to textures applied to the same object. One texture is the belly, the other the back. What I want is that, when they intersect, they blend with each other.
Thanks for your help. I have now ended up using 3 mat. The 2 I want to blend, and a blend material. The 3ed is a stencil of the first 2 blended together. I UV mapped the blend material to make the blend perfect.
edit. almost, slight seam
