I’ve done the Mermaid Model using MakeHuman 
it is the best Free Program to create 3D Human Bodies
The atmospere is fine, but it doesn´t look realistic or even believable yet. In my mind that´s up to the lighting on the rocks and the uniform fish scales.
not bad, but the tail fins need a more accurate material.
