Mesh act as linked in object mode but not parented

Hi all,

Im busy with a model where i import AI files as mesh to make a scenery. Suddenly my seperate meshes move together as if they are parented to each other. There imported separate and than transformed to 3d mesh.

What could be causing this?

hmmm i feel somehow stupid… i had proportional editing on. It was set to closest, but i dont understand. How is this working on separate meshes? i thought this only works in edit mode
