Mesh deformation

Hi,
I’ve been thinking, is there a way to learn how to prepare a Mesh to deform well in animation or if thats only possible with intuition, after years of experience ?

Since I’m having a few surprises when rigging, I believe you people when modelling, keep jumping between Modelling and Rigging to get things perfectly deforming ?

Any tips or sugestions will be apreciated :wink:
