Mesh Deforming with alternate Blender build

I have modelled a robot in Blender 2.65.9 but when trying to render out in the university computers using 2.65a the mesh deforms as soon as I load the file. I have applied all location, scales etc. But quite confused with why this is doing what it is.
From the images I think you can see my problem… haha Tried Adding the .blend, but kept getting an error! So any help is great. :slight_smile:
