mesh is clipped from view (SOLVED)

when i need to get really close to vertexes of a mesh, sometimes they are “clipped” from my view. it does not happen when the mesh is scaled way up. it is particularly annoying when i have to work with individual vertex that are close together. I cant get close enough to be able to grab them. is there any way to stop this?

In the viewport press “N” then scroll down to “View” then you find there “Clip:” Change the start value to minimum.
Also, you can use orthographic view instead of perspective.
