Mesh moves faster than bones?

I have created a person to animate and and parented the bones to it. But when I move the bone (in pose mode) the mesh moved way faster and deforms a little bit. How do I fix this?

are you using a armature modifier to deform your mesh? in that case it sounds as if you have whats called “double transformation”, that is caused by having 2 or more armature modifiers on your character. if you delete one of them then it should work as expected. hope that helps

You seems parented the bone to the mesh, this is a mistake and cause problem and odd behaviors, you should skin the mesh to bone and it automatically parent the mesh under armature base.
