Mesh offset in Cycles

Hello everyone,

I have some trouble rendering my car in Cycles, cause some parts which are technically arranged without any noticeable play, do suddenly show some remarkable gaps in between.
The screenshot shows a 3D View, a Preview and a Render (always the same angle).
Does anyone know what causes that?

Check to see face normal of the tire around the hubcap. If there are flipped, it will not render.
