Mesh shadows?

How can I merge? Sorry for the noobish questions. I just would like to have it done myself instead of copying a made by another person car online. Thank you.

I’ve already checked and I don’t have doubles, altough I’ve those shadows anyway.

Try this…

Select the vertices that form one of the darkened faces.

Alt-Spacebar > Change Transform orientation to Normal

s (Scale)

zz (Press it twice to specify local axes)

0 (Scale to 0)

Enter (Confirm action)

This will align all the vertices to the same axis, which will remove any twist in the face.
