Mesh To curve

I made a model using bezier curve, but accidentally converted it into Mesh. I needed it to be a curve so that I can add Depth to it. Any suggestions?

Select one edge loop, convert to Curve, set type on tool shelf. You might want some cleaning after if there are a lot of points.

Convert it back to curve if possible.
