meta modeling question

hello all
I was wundering what is meta modeling best for and can you make full body models with it that are detailed and are animation material? any info is helpful thank

Meta balls are not really as versatile as normal mesh modeling.
They can however be converted into a mesh, so it can be used in a similar manner as zbrush’s zspheres, for example.
They are also good for making dynamic fluid-like shapes for special effects and stuff.

so it wouldn’t be the right type of tool to model full human bodys but i imagin that it would be good for making cloths for models and stuff of that nature right?
