Metaio Blender to MD2 exporter?

For some reason, the GitHub link for the Metaio Blender to MD2 exporter is removed.

If you have the Metaio version of the MD2 exporter, could you upload the files on DropBox or GitHub? I really need to export my models to MD2 file format. Thanks.

That is probably because apple bought mentaio: http://www.reuters.com/article/2015/05/29/us-apple-metaio-idUSKBN0OE1RO20150529
And I guess it will not be available anymore. But anyway if someone has that exporter I would like to have that too…

Here some MD2 exporters, the one made by Metaio is 263:

I don’t know if it’s working under Blender 2.74 need testing.
