Well… i remodeled… re rigged, re everythign my bird model.
I gave him a little enviroment and some friends…
picture is almost pure blender… i added ot blenders halos with a photoshop lens flare, and added my name. Also, added a shine to his head and wing tip to go along with the lens flare.
no animations yet, but expect one soon.

WOW! Great image! only suggestion is that the bird’s neck is too bent forward. I’ve never seen a bird in that kind of pose with the wings spread and stretched ack and the head bent down low and foeward. keep it up!
…oh and the pink sky gives it the look of an alient planet, very cool if it was intended, and still cool even if not!

Only smal small thing, and I know this is picky, but it’s his feet. His neck looks like it’s attached to his body by a ball and socket joint, his legs are attached to a bar, his feet just looked formed and unmoveable. It would be more pleasing to me if you had one of your perfectly simple joints there, I like em. Like a single bar the width of his foot with the talons all jointed to it.
actually, both the feet and the neck are bendible metal! i may reconsider however…

I am sorry to inform risk breaker, but part of the flare is blender, part of the flare is photoshop.
Blender has awsome lens flares… but they werent quite dramatic enough for what i wanted.
And s86… animation will come soon.
