Metaliquid

I got this crazy idea to try to make a fountain using metaballs emitted as particles.

I know it’s pretty short, but my laptop got pretty slow at that point (Though it was still faster than an actual liquid simulation). I used the new particle system, since it supports meta-objects.
Any thoughts?

You’ve always been able to do that with dupliverts. It isn’t a new feature.

With dupliverts? How?

Parent meta to emitter. Turn on dupliverts on emitter.
