Metarig slows down

Sorry guys if this is an old question but I’m new to animation once again :frowning:

When I parent the mesh to the metarig, it kinda slows down when I rotate the move for animation.

Just wanna ask if there is a way to fix that?

Yes: Don’t do that. The Rigify metarig is designed to generate the rig, and is then put aside or deleted, not used to actually move the mesh.

If you also have the subsurf modifier, depending on your PC specs, that can slow it down too.
