Hey. I was looking at modeling this chair, but I’m not sure how I would go about it.
Any ideas? I’m mostly talking about the back/frame of the chair.
start at top with 1/2 circle extend ends
then add some thickness
then keep going

Just to add to Ricky’s input: For the back of the chair, I would cut out the complex geometric pattern on a flat plane and use curve deform and solidify modifiers to push it into the correct curvature. Something like this:

You could use the Skin modifier to make the designs.

Oh, right. I forgot to say thank you for the help. I decided use DerekWatts method. Thanks guys. Here’s my result.
