Microorganismal

This is one of three images I would like to submit to the upcoming issue (#31) of BlenderArt Magazine (“under the microscope” theme) along with a brief tutorial covering techniques applied in this work.

Microorganismal

Originally I was going to approach my “microorganismal” sequence according to techniques I developed for my equally otherworldly Astrobiology series of images, but I decided to do things a bit differently while striving for some potentially interesting results

This was created and rendered in Blender 2.49.

Thanks for viewing this,

RobertT

Hey RobertT, this looks fantastic, it really gives the viewer a real sense that he is looking through a microscope, vary well done!

Very impressive, I am excited that you are going to submit this along with a brief tutorial to BAM. Let me know if you have any submission questions or need anything.

Wow great picture, was that purely made on blender or there is some post production. Seams, I’ve been gone from blender for way too long

Wow, I’m really looking forward to the next BA issue

Excellent! The elements in your scene, along with the subdued color palette very much convey the impression of something viewed through an electron microscope. I look forward to your tutorial.

truly a legend you are mr Tiess
Yet another awe inspiring work you have there
