Mid polly character modelling and basic animation

Hello there

I am in need of freelance colleague to help me on creating 5 animations similar to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jg87wqGpX1o.

There will be like 3-4 different human characters, all in black and white. They will do mimic conversation in all 5 videos.

It will be like 2 businessmen body talking in 3 scenarios, 2 female workers talking in 2 scenario and 2 jogging females talking in one scenario. Every voice over is between 40-50 seconds.
