Millennium Falcon during Streams

Hello There.

A couple of months ago I started streaming again to push my skills in blender a bit further.
The goal of the streams was to create famous vehicles from the movies. The last sessions I’ve been working on the Millennium Falcon. this one takes a bit more work.
I already started working on one almost 2 years ago with my son… but for some reason that project kinda died out.
So here is a new take on this fantastic spaceship… this time created during my monday live streams.

In the first image you can see the new dish the ship received after the events of the Battle of Endor.

In the next you can see the progress I made on the engine.

The final Image shows the work in progress on the docking ports.

hello again.

Here are some more updates about the ship/. In the last streams I started doing some texture work and added more details. I created a node setup to created the hull plating and played around with vertex painting a to add the colors and the battle damage.
