hmmmm well I can’t say that I actually looked at your tutorial but one thing is certain, it’s nice to see somebody tackeling the subject. From the sounds of it your Scene-by-scene idea could work really well. Just trying to encourage you.
I read through the tutorial and I will try to follow it later but for now I think Im a bit new to all this and it may be little out of my lead. How ever it does look like a defined enough tutorial to consider trying it out soon enough. I gotta get me some texuring tutorials before I can put a head to good artistic use =)
Im currently trying to make a snowman and having a hard time… LoL when I started I though it would be ez and it should be…
I got the 3 balls and eyes/nose maybe mouth later but need 2 things. Texturing and learning how to pop holes in the spheres to make a shot up snow man. One of the guys on our Q3 clan and very good friend just started playing and we let him in cuz he is cool =) his name is snowman plays freeze mod and wants a snowman all shot up possibly laying on ground cuz that basicly = him atleast until he builds up some skill. 1 month just dont make a pro =)
Wow did I just type all that? Anyway good job on tutorial… One of the reasons Ive been able to stick with blender with no past 3d editing/animation history is because of the tutorials. For now in 3 days time I think for a total newb I have got pretty far by just creating animated clan tag which still needs a bit of tweaking. http://members.cox.net/d0m1n8r/domtag.gif
l8z and thanks for your contributions to us newbs =)
