here is a my newest wip. i have played with the lighting elements in blender and thanx to X-Warrior i have made so lead way. it is just a simple mircophone. with envmaps which this is the first time i got it to work the way i wanted it to. so tell me what you think.
VERY NICE, but…is it on the ground? it looks as if its floating
Brutal! But it might look a bit better from a slightly less straight angle, I dunno, just have a look at camera angles, see what you think.
it was floating i thought i had it on the ground but i did not…
Great, the last one is better. Because at the first one, the mircophone seems to fly. Nice fake reflection.
well here is an update it has a charactor in it and i havent rigged the armitures yet but i wanted you all to see well i am going to try to sleep now.
good night.
Looks great, but now the base of the mic stand matches his pants. Maybe change it to a rough black texture, which is what I am used to using/seeing. Good work.
I like it, but when is he gana start singing
I think the floor needs a little work, it doesn’t look too much like wood, but I am presume you are showing off the mic.
i am working on the singing right now and i am setting up the animations. um the song is 1:15 mins and it is taking sometime to get the lypsynching right.
Sweet, the first one was cool to, That guy looks familiar O.o
I like that you changed the angle of the shot, but change the position as well. Filmmakers and photographers use the rule of thirds to compose more interesting shots. Just break the frame into 9 seperate sections:
[ ][ ][ ]
[ ][] [] ]
[ ][ ][ ]
[ ][] [] ]
[ ][ ][ ]
[ ][] [] ]
Where the points intersect is where you should try and place your objects. I know it sounds simple and useless, but it really works.
well now here is an update i have made it where you can see the top of the charactors head and i have changes the mic stand bottom to all black. and i have been playing with the chacator animations but i cant get it to work i am having some trouble with the ikas when i move the armitures or the models arm the arm shrinks. and Ctrl+A doesnt work for some reason. but here it is
well munkey_mike i dont understand what you mean maybe if you explain it to me in more depth i would understand.
thanx for the crits.
what no post or anything :-? :-? :-?
I’m liking it, and I’m interested in seeing the animation. As for the arm problem, I tend to have it too. I think it has to do with the vertices or something…
um i am posting a avi of the problem that i am having and it is divx 5.05 so here it is.http://www.dutchmanbottles.com/Images/IKAPROBLEM1.avi
it is really low quality i am dont care about the quality of this thing
Looks like some vertices got assigned from the back of the torso to the armature bone in the arm, did you check that out by selecting the arm bone then select show vertices?
The NDN…
i did that and the ones on the torso are selected to the bone that controls the shoulder
can no one help me with this damn ika problem. eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer
i didnt want to have to do this but here is the damn .blend file for it. eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer
