Mirror modifier

First of all say that I’m beginner. I’ve tried to fix that problem by myself looking for it on Internet but I’ve not been able to do it.

I’m making a lowpoly model, and I need to apply the mirror modifier. Each element is a different object:

Upper model mirroring is working well, the problem comes when I apply it to the other 3 objects:

Problem is related with the pivot point, but I’ve tried in different ways and I couldn’t fix it.

The modifier mirrors around the object origin.
Either move the origin to be on the centre line or
Add an empty on the centre line and in the modifier setting select that to be the ‘Mirror Object’ or
In the modifier settings select the correctly mirrored object to be the ‘Mirror Object’
The Mirror Object overides the objects origin as the mirror line.
