mirror skinning

i 've been doing rigging from long time in maya… but in blender i’m not finding how to
mirror skinning … would anybody let me know…

I think there isn’t really a “button” for it but you can do it manually, here is a video that I found was interesting.

mirror skinning is applied properly only when yhe armature is mirrored and named properly… well … thank you mathiasA for the link…
