Mirror UV Mapping

I have a uv card for the left side of the body


I want to make the right one the same

Doing everything manually takes too long
For some reason the mirror modifier makes the model with the wrong number of vertices
how to make the UV the same?

If you enable the Docs-Blender Manual: MAgicUV addon and use Mirror UV
and select the UVs you want the mirror of the good ones applied to and use the mirror feature then got the same layout (but of course not mirrored so you can use the sam etexture…).
