missing material of base mesh on certain frames rendering hair

hi, I am trying to render some ID passes (using emission shader) of animated growing grass from a plane using baked dynamic paint, on certain frames the plane seems to loose material, it is strange because I can see all materials rendered in 3d viewer under rendered mode but when I render it properly (f12) the material of plane disappears on those frames. I am using cycles (for some reason I cant attach blend or zip file?) I have disabled all other render layers but the layer where simulation exists, there is no other plane in the layer, I tried to change camera clipping but no success

hi, after extended research I solved the problem by giving base mesh more subdivisions! it changed the distribution of particles, therefore changed the look leading to re-render the shot but that was the only way I could solve the issue.
