Mocap Stuck Bone Issue

Hey guys,

I’ve got some .c3d motion capture files that I’m planning to convert to fbx. I’m literally using Blender for the first time ever today as an in-between before using the mocap in a different 3d program.

I’ve followed a tutorial i found on youtube to make an armature for the points and it’s almost perfect except for the head.

For some reason the head bone is stuck at its pivot and so stops the armature from moving as it should. I’ve attached a screenshot.

I’ve spent a few hours trying to work this out but not really sure what Ii’m looking for.

Any help would be much appreciated!
