Moddb.com had the mod awards a little while ago, with people from the public voting. Lots of mods and lots of votes (tens of thousands I think) but our mod took best unreleased mod

i should check out what my mod got.
my mod is for wc3 and is called MEtal Wars 2305 (2305 reffering to the year it takes place in)
it’s sci fi, and i am lead low poly person. i have convinced 2 of our main modelers to switch to blender! thwey havent completely changed yet, they are waiting for summer to do that. but they are both the high poly cinematics modelers.

The mod I’m in is called Black Mesa (formerly Black Mesa: Source, but Valve asked us to remove the ‘source’ part due to possibly copyright issues).

PS. Unreleased mods were basically voted on by their media releases, and general stuff such as story, planned features etc.

the media section wins the award for most non-usuable use of flash I’ve ever seen
[by opening another window it’s nearly impossible for me to find the next image in the list as it jumps up and down because I moved my cursor since I was last on the page… it being flash and stealing keyboard events [like control tab] from my browser doesn’t help me switch tabs either]
yay for directory listing and the links panel in opera… get to open all of them at once in tabs…
