Metin 2 Private Servers are illegal, because you are not supposed to have the Source Files, for hosting a Metin 2 Server. They are property of GameForge (or YMIR Games or both, depends on the resource of your pirated source files). you are also injuring many other diffrent laws (Copyright) and terms by running a “P Server”
I only have one word for asking someone to build anything for your illegal project:
