Model Turns into a Spiky Mesh - Deforms Badly

I don’t know what happened, but when I moved my model who when certain animations start playing, my model turns into some type of spiky thing for some strange reason. It happens in pose mode when I move the character up, it will deform badly.

The model was working just fine like days ago. I don’t know what I did to get it to deform so badly. If anyone could help, I’d be real grateful.

When you want to move your character up, only translate the root bone nothing else.

Never mind, I figured why my mesh was deforming badly. The shape keys got messed up, so I had to delete them and everything is working just fine now.
