Modeling a face with B-Mesh, first time. Need ideas on how to preserve topology.


I have used blender for about a year - and this is around my first try at modeling a realistic face.

I am using bmesh, and I am not sure what to do about the cheeks and whatnot right now. Any ideas on where to make the polygons? If possible, painted over the image in paint for ref?


I haven’t actually taken a look at this but it showed up side-by-side with your post in my RSS feeds… But even the coloured pictures might help you understand a good example of facial topology.
