Modeling a window with inserted semi-sphere element

What is the best way to model a a window with inserted part as you can see on reference picture?

Hi, i would use a sphere then edit mode using propositional editing shape the way you wanted and delete the parts you don’t need. Welcome to the BA forum.

I tried to model it like that but the top shoud be sharp and a little bit curvy bellow it.

Like this? just manipulate the vertices to get the shape.

You can also use the screw modifier with bezier curve.

Im working in blender for almost 4 years and did not use curve at all. I’ll try it in morning

“Best” depends a lot on intended end-use – although digitvisions’ suggestions have good points (no pun intended) the trigons and poling may not be suitable for what you’re trying to do. You could start with a quartered roundcube instead of a UV Sphere or screwed curve:
