The profile of this cup is somehow complex… you migth reach this via proportional editing for a start…
and scaling the upper part only on one axis and also only selecting special points to refine that… but may also think about the form a bit more looking at some more reference and even profile edit some circles and bridge them.

There is this functionallity in blender for quite some while: Menu Window → Screenshot
Not only that those images are a lot “cleaner” / sharper but also if saved as JPG also a lot smaller and so help this site to have the costs for disk space small. 
You uses 13MB to show the community that you could not made it yet but only the las one showed the actual cap. So seeing your approach one has to search for this specific bootle to see for oneself if you did not meant a totally different cap ??.. think about it.
