Modeling Pikachu

hi im new in blender and i was trying to modeling pikachu, but i kinda need some help, i cant do much more then this lol what tips you have to tell me?

Whenever I start something the first thing that pops into my head is “where do I want to end up with this”. You know, like a goal.

That being said if this is for animation or for show makes a big difference.
The next step for me is to put together the pieces. As in what has to be learned, who can be spoken to about it, how long it’s going to take. Just simple management

Then of course software comes into question. If you’re using blender to sculpt then that in itself has particular limits. Render engines are important as well and should be thought of beforehand.

For something simple like this though you could consider the obvious box modelling or you could find pre-made models on blendswap.com or you could steal the creature from nintendo 64 roms and elaborate.

The best suggestion for you I can come up with is that you attempt to do it in Sculptris . Afterwards export and retopologize.
