Modeling principles

Some good advices for beginners in modeling.

The three most common i find most important :

  1. Overall shapes and blocking : use references and work on overlall shapes first
  2. Adding details : bring details after main shapes are completed, this can be two or three detail levels passes
  3. Re usable meshes : re use as much as you can to work faster and use instances also
