If you’re looking for Blender specific modeling tuts there’s a list of tutorials at the top of this forum that is searchable. A lot of people put a lot of time into it and they’d be happy to know you used it.
Here’s a list of links to pages that are not tuts as such and not Blender specific. But they will give you a basic overview of modeling and approaches to modeling and some of the contentious issues that you are going to have to get around to sometime somewhere along the way. Getting to grips with them and learning to understand why they are issues will make your approach to modeling easier. (Blender doesn’t use ngons but you should know what they are and the polemic that surrounds them, and you shouldn’t limit yourself to blender. all the rest is applicable to Blender)

Searchable? I don’t see any search option there, and scrolling through tons of tutorials looking for the right one… well I am currently doing that, but it’s a bit of a time wastage… (to much stuff to do).

Um… use your browser’s “Find” feature. Doesn’t search context, but it can find you a word, which is better than nothing. Take what you can get.
