Yes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZn9n4y_DYw look like it would give you a start on that (but I haven’t watched it myself, it was just what showed up when I googled for it.)
If the recording is good enough, Blender should be able to separate out by pitch. That will leave you with a bunch of animations that correspond to the volume of individual frequencies, which can you use to drive animation on your keys.
