oilyness can be done with a specularity map, and to get it in the exact right spot, you will have to use UV mapping. For more information on UV mapping, try my tutorials. Testures are normally set to read color, but if you click off the button that says ‘col’ and click on ‘spec’ in materials, the object will read the values, from dark being the lowest value, and light pixels being the highest value. This is true for most mapping, such are ray mir, alpha, etc.
