As you can see the model in the file has an edge selected and if you g key it you will not notice the edge is not connected how do I connect it and I have problems modelling the rest of the head. Can’t creTE CLOSED FACES.

YOU WILL HAVE TO SAVE IMAGE AS BECAUSE THE BACKGROUND IMAGE IN NOT WORKING. wHY?

The whole reason that this whole thing isn’t working is because
A: Your modelling technique needs complete overhaul.
B: You need to do a lot of tutorials.

I checked ou the model, and it is a mess. A complete mess.
Doubled verts, internal faces, it is both 3D and 2D at the same time. (all normal from the front, but from the side it is flat…

Do tutorials before attamepting anything like this. There is a lot out there on character modelling, cartoon type modelling, and cell shaders. Do those first.
I can tell from this work that you are very unnexperienced with 3D tools.

Which tutorials did you use or suggest. I need one especially for aligning

The vertices when g key aren’t moving correctly. The vertices’s for front is moving in different direction and the one for right is moving in different direction.

Look up car tutorials - they specifically show how to line up multiple views, and how to use those views to get and organic shape. Wefyb is correct in telling you to start from the beginning, learn the tools, then advance to this level of modeling.
