i have registered on the blender wiki … and i have been activated
i want to make a character modelling and texturing tutorial
i want to make it too detailed like joan of arc
you can see my current game project at the signature , Zodiac Spear which inclueds the main character as in the pic above
Nice effort, I hope to see a good tutorial. Make sure you put detail pics in there and back it up with text that everyone will understand. To me it is the crucial part of any tutorial. Keep it up!
p.s. I’ve been watching your game progress and it looks great! Hope to see it complete soon
please post any character of your creation so i make the tutorial about it
the creature must be a hero , like Solid Snake , or 077 or a hero like that not a random cartoonish animal
and it would be lowpoly as above so it can be used in games too
please help me , under which section have i to put it, there is modelling in general and human modelling and others , please give me URL to the specified place where i have to edit the wiki and add the tutorial …
thanks
you have to be logged in to edit pages and for the edit button to appear.
You edit the table of contents page, creating a unique name for your page. When you click on that link, you will be brought to the page where you can create it. And yes, use the Tutorials page.
Pictures doesn’t fit in the Blenderwiki template (too big pics). You can upload one by one and design positions of pictures and text with a MediaWiki syntax. Also namespace (*wip) isn’t right. You can use template {{working}} instead.
I’m not native English speaker either, but a title “Modelling a low-poly character for games for productions” doesn’t sound right to me. “Modelling” is with one “l” - Modeling. Also double “for” in the title looks awkward.
Why is this in “Off topic” thread anyway?
Hmm, maybe is this challenge too much for you, huh?

edit :-
can you speak more gently … you started with “pictures doesn’t” … which is too harsh IMHO …
thanks
