“Modifier Auto Target” allows you to add modifier to an object, and automatically set the target modifier object by selecting the target object first.
To use this addon, first select the target object, and then select (with shift) the object that you want to add the modifier to it. no select the modifier that you want from the list.
You can also add your favorite shortcut and use it from the 3d viewport and save more time
