Molecular Simulation - Getting the particles to take shape?

Hey,

I am still learning the way of the particle system, but I was wondering if you had any ideas on how to get the Molecular addon to interact with the particle system to make a certain shape?

I want to avoid Keyed because it leaves the particles in a static form - Any tips on how to make them look like they are colliding yet still separate entities with minor movement?
