Here is the finished animation for my own interpretation of a Monsters Inc. scene. 
good job, animation is quite good overall…however legs are not well animated…slips and the steps when he comes forward were bypassed…weird…just that; the rest looks very good,
kind of TV commercial.
Hi, I agree with blenderguy… you need to work a little bit more on the legs, however the lipsync is great!
