more odd messages in 2.69

i put in an armature
while holding down the shift key -selecting most of the figure, then then the armature and selecting armature deform and with automatic weights…and nothing.
move a bone in pose model and the body does not move.
is one of these messages showing something is wrong.

the other ODD message is when i save the file.

I see the “no new files message” appear whenever I save a previously packed file, that previously had the images/textures packed.
You may be able to unpack the blend file, and then that message may not appear.

I have no idea on the other message, someone else will have to help you out on that.
