Probably foam. But weird eh?
Others say it is probably a fire extinguisher that is cracking as it advances, because you can see a little of it and then the huge one.
The curious thing is that when it “jumps” from the water has the tail in 90 degrees than when it “disappears” but probably it just launched the whole thing and always was parallel but you only see it is parallel when it impacts the house “wall”.
I see it “jumping” from the water much more quickly than the speed of the water, so for me seem the extinguisher can be the answer here. But really weird!
