Morph targets "explode" in Poser

Hey guys,

This is what I’m doing. My Poser character has gained a LOT of weight and so I’ve exported his Poser Pants into Blender so as to edit them and make them fit.

These Blender pants will be morph targets for the Poser pants.
Problem is, when i load the pants morph targets that I’ve created in Blender and turn the dial, the model becomes a polygonal mess!

This is a problem with blender reordering the vertices right? Is there a script that could correct this and how would I utilize said script?

Did you do the import and export for a .obj object, and select the morph target option? Also for a morph target you cannot add, delete any vertices, only move the existing ones around.
