Hello all,
I have recently downloaded a game called Morrowind, The Elder Scrolls. It says that it is an “open” game and that you can add anything you want to the game, from weapons and objects, to landscape and missions. Is there a way to make Blender and the Morrowind Construction Set cooperate together? Thanks for any help, it would be greatly appreciated!
May I ask where you download the game from? (was it an official Elder Scrolls site?) because as far as I know that game isn’t free - I own it and paid for it…
Anyway here are some links that might help:

http://niftools.sourceforge.net/wiki/Blender

Looks like you’ll need to download an import script for Blender.
Also, not sure if this is the right forum for this, but it might be better in the other software forum.
Thanks for the links, I will have to look through them. I am not sure where the game came from originally; it was given to me by a late friend. I am a fictional novel series author, and after unsuccessfully trying to draw the characters and their ships, weapons, armor, and devices, I found Blender. It seems to be a better way to design these things than drawing. I had never heard of an “open” game before (I rarely play video games, and have only four games anyways.) When I realized that theoretically the things I make in Blender could be put into action through the Construction Set, I decided to give it a try. I still don’t know if it will work, but it would be neat to see the ships actually flying around and the weaponry being brandished. I don’t know how the Construction Set works yet, but I am trying to learn. Thank you again for the links, I am sure they will help me in this endeavour.
